At Ballet Arts of Peru,
our primary focus is to provide a pre-professional program with a stress in technique, self-confidence, healthy body image, and performance. While we strive to achieve these goals with every student, we hope to also instill our passion and love for dance. Ballet Arts of Peru takes great pride in the accomplishments of many of our former students in the dance world and furthers our commitment to preparing our students for the next level.
We will begin taking a tights order for the recital beginning Monday, March 10th. Items do not need to be prepaid to order. Money will be due when tights arrive. We can also order any other items that your dancer might need to finish out the year. A price sheet will be posted and orders will be accepted until April 19th.
We will be taking a one week Spring Break from March 31 – April 6th.
All DANCE XLII Recital 2014 information has been updated on the website: balletartsofperu.com. This includes the rehearsal schedule, Harmon Photography info, and recital schedule. We will be sending a detailed information letter home with each dancer in early May with all recital news.
KINDERDANCERS – The last week of your 2nd session is March 20, 21, and 22. Your 3rd and final session begins March 27, 28, and 29 followed by spring break, and runs until the first week of June, which is the week before the recital.
All make-up classes need to be finished by May 3rd for perfect attendance eligibility. Classes made-up after this date will not count due to the majority of May class time devoted to recital preparation.
A friendly reminder that all payments for tuition and costumes will be due by June 1st. All dancers must be paid in full for participation in the recital. There is no charge for June classes.
And lastly, a huge thank you to all the students and parents for your cooperation, patience, and understanding throughout this difficult winter and schedule changes. In spite of it all, the dancers are looking really strong as we begin our recital dances!
